- Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing processes, including planning, development, implementation, and optimization.
- Utilize technical expertise and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the manufacturing environment.
- Train and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to continuously improve processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates, recommendations, and progress reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Industrial, Or Manufacturing Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge And Experience In Lean Manufacturing Principles, Including Six Sigma And Kaizen Methodologies.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Process Improvements, Cost Reduction Initiatives, And Productivity Enhancements.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
