  1. Perform maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of equipment and vehicles used at the Orlando Airport location.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with equipment and vehicles.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and vehicles are in good working condition.
  4. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for complex technical problems.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks.
  8. Continuously stay updated on industry developments and advancements in technology to improve service and solutions.
  9. Assist with training new technicians and providing guidance to less experienced team members.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  11. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  12. Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Textron and maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
