  1. Configure and maintain the SAP FICO system to meet the needs of the organization.
  2. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP FICO system.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the SAP FICO system.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot issues within the system, providing timely resolutions to minimize impact on business operations.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for all system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO developments and trends, making recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
  7. Train and support end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
  10. Participate in system upgrades and implementations, working closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery.
  11. Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert for SAP FICO configuration and provide guidance to junior team members.
  13. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the SAP FICO system.
  14. Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Sap Fico Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience Working With Sap Fico Modules, Including Configuration, Customization, And Integration With Other Modules.

  • Strong Financial Background: A Senior Sap Fico Configuration Analyst At Textron Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Processes And Principles, As Well As Experience In Implementing Financial Solutions Within Sap.

  • Project Management Skills: Textron Is Looking For A Candidate With Proven Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Complex Projects, Meet Deadlines, And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Technical Expertise: The Role Requires A Strong Understanding Of Technical Aspects Of Sap Fico, Including Data Migration, System Integration, And Troubleshooting. Experience With Sap S/4Hana Is Preferred.

  • Analytical Mindset: As A Senior Configuration Analyst, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And The Ability To Identify And Solve Complex Problems In A Fast-Paced Environment. Experience In Process Improvement And Optimization Is A Plus.
