  1. Negotiate and manage contracts with clients to ensure successful and mutually beneficial agreements.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote a positive business partnership.
  3. Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  4. Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and amendments with clients, ensuring that all parties are in agreement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and finance, to ensure contract terms align with company objectives and goals.
  6. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation and compliance.
  7. Monitor and track contract performance and deadlines, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, contract law, and compliance regulations to ensure best practices are implemented in contract management.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on contract management and provide training and support to team members as needed.
  11. Handle any disputes or conflicts that may arise during the contract negotiation or management process.
  12. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to streamline contract management processes.
  13. Represent the company in contract negotiations and discussions with clients, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications
