- Negotiate and manage contracts with clients to ensure successful and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote a positive business partnership.
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and amendments with clients, ensuring that all parties are in agreement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and finance, to ensure contract terms align with company objectives and goals.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation and compliance.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management Or Procurement.
