- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Northwest region to achieve business growth targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management.

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Northwest Region. This Will Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of The Market And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Sales Team In The Region.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets: The Regional Sales Manager Will Be Responsible For Driving Sales In The Northwest Region. Therefore, It Is Important For The Candidate To Have A Proven Track Record Of Consistently Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets. This Will Show Their Ability To Drive Results And Effectively Manage A Sales Team.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Their Team And Other Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Inspire The Team To Achieve Their Goals, As Well As Effectively Communicating With Upper Management.
