  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets in the designated region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the region, and develop and execute plans to convert them into customers.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends in the region, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
  6. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
  7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and expand our market presence.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competition, and market trends, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards, in all sales activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Sales And Meeting Revenue Targets.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Aerospace Or Defense Industry And Related Products/Services.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Negotiation Skills.
