- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets in the designated region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the region, and develop and execute plans to convert them into customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends in the region, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Sales And Meeting Revenue Targets.
Strong Understanding Of The Aerospace Or Defense Industry And Related Products/Services.
