- Develop and implement proposal strategies that align with Textron's business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the proposal development process from start to finish, including creating timelines, assigning tasks, and overseeing the overall quality and compliance of the proposal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, engineering, finance, and legal, to gather information and develop compelling proposal content.

Strong Understanding Of The Defense Industry: A Proposal Manager At Textron Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Defense Industry, Including Current Trends, Competitors, And Government Regulations.
Extensive Experience In Proposal Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Proposals For Defense Contracts, Preferably With Experience In A Similar Role At A Defense Company.
