  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure project compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  14. Train and mentor junior engineers on project management and engineering processes.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with customers and external partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Aerospace, Or Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Engineering Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Product Development Processes And Project Management Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
