  1. Perform welding duties in accordance with company standards and specifications.
  2. Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
  3. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and welding processes.
  4. Inspect and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition.
  5. Set up and adjust welding equipment to achieve desired results.
  6. Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
  7. Ensure welded products meet quality standards and specifications.
  8. Collaborate with team members to complete production goals and tasks.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  10. Complete required documentation and record keeping accurately.
  11. Continuously monitor welding process and make adjustments as needed.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve welding skills.
  14. Communicate any issues or concerns with production or equipment to the appropriate personnel.
  15. Meet production targets and deadlines.
  16. Follow all company policies and procedures.
  17. Continuously strive to improve welding techniques and processes.
  18. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Production Welding, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Various Welding Techniques And Processes, Including Mig, Tig, And Stick Welding.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Blueprints.

  • Proficiency In Operating Welding Equipment And Tools, Such As Grinders, Saws, And Cutting Torches.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Produce High-Quality Welds With Minimal Defects.
