- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
- Identify and source potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
- Analyze market trends and pricing to ensure competitive sourcing and cost savings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on best practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, including contracts, supplier information, and purchase orders
- Monitor inventory levels and make timely procurement decisions to ensure adequate supply and minimize excess inventory
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers and take corrective actions when necessary
- Stay informed of industry developments and trends, and make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, in all procurement activities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and standards in all interactions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Purchasing, Or Supply Chain Management.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Procurement Processes, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Management.
Experience In Strategic Sourcing And Cost Reduction Initiatives.
Strong Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Tasks And Projects Simultaneously.
