Payroll & HR Administrator

1. Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
2. Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salary changes, tax information, and deductions.
3. Respond to employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, benefits, and other HR matters in a timely and professional manner.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance and HR, to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processes.
5. Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll and employment laws to ensure compliance and make necessary updates to policies and procedures.
6. Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and analysis for management.
7. Manage and maintain employee data and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
8. Process new hire paperwork and conduct onboarding activities for new employees.
9. Conduct audits and reviews of payroll data to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
10. Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes.
11. Handle employee terminations and related paperwork, including final pay and benefits.
12. Provide support for HR initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and training and development.
13. Continuously improve and streamline payroll and HR processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to employees and external stakeholders.
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
