- Operate and maintain machinery used in metal processing, including but not limited to lathes, grinders, and presses.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns regarding production to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
