  1. Oversee the integration and testing of mission systems on advanced aircraft platforms.
  2. Lead a team of engineers and technicians in executing mission systems integration and testing activities.
  3. Monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mission systems with other aircraft systems.
  5. Develop and implement testing strategies and procedures to ensure the functionality and performance of mission systems.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges and issues.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to team members to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  8. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in mission systems technology.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  12. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and company policies.
  13. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  15. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of mission systems integration and testing.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Systems Engineering Principles And Experience With Complex Systems Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Customers.
