- Develop and implement labor relations strategies and policies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and labor unions, fostering positive relationships and effectively addressing any issues or concerns.
- Stay current on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide guidance to management and employees.
- Provide training and support to management and employees on labor relations policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations and mediations to resolve labor disputes and grievances.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
- Monitor and analyze labor relations data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
- Participate in contract negotiations and assist in developing strategies to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation related to labor relations activities.
- Represent the company in labor-related meetings, hearings, and other forums.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts in a fair and equitable manner.
- Continually seek opportunities to improve labor relations processes and procedures to enhance overall employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Act as a trusted advisor and resource for management and employees on labor relations matters.
- Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives by promoting a culture of respect and fairness for all employees.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Labor Relations, Preferably Within A Manufacturing Or Union Environment.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws, Regulations, And Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Resolve Conflicts.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Labor Relations Strategies, Including Managing Grievances And Conducting Collective Bargaining Negotiations.
