Support the TFC business unit by gathering business requirements, proposing solutions, drafting technical specifications, providing configuration, user testing, and end-user support of key finance and leasing applications, reports and queries. Create new and support existing financial and leasing reports that allow the business to perform timely decisions. Develop and modify analytics dashboards to allow the business to analyze current and future state leasing transactions. Identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT system investments, trouble-shooting and performing root cause analysis. Contribute to the installation of upgrades, patches, new modules and/or configuration changes to infrastructure and software. Understand the sensitive nature of financial information and critical time periods for reporting. Adhere to IT policies and procedures and controls.
