- Manage and analyze human resources data: The HRIS Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing human resources data to provide insights and support decision-making processes within the organization.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Data Analysis And/Or Hris Administration.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Recruiting.
Proficient In Data Management And Manipulation, With Experience Using Sql, Excel, And Hris Software Such As Workday Or Adp.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Present Data And Insights To Various Stakeholders.
