
HRIS Data Analyst
Perform research and analysis and be able to extract and interpret data from various sources, including managing delivery of standardized reporting, providing recommendations to management, and developing executive presentations. Work collaboratively to troubleshoot, research and escalate issues as necessary, proactively keeping end-users aware of status and taking responsibility for ensuring that outstanding issues are addressed in a timely manner. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, data integrity issues, and opportunities for improving data quality, including supporting audits, regulatory reporting and compliance. Introduce and implement streamlined solutions to existing processes that will improve efficiency and customer satisfaction Assist in supporting engagement with outsourced suppliers, IT, and HR Business Partners to ensure accuracy of data, reduce defects to improve our employee experience, and implement functionality in systems that accurately reflects internal customer requirements and business operations
1-3 years of professional experience with Human Resources and Information Systems
Effective project management is required
Working knowledge and ability to write macros and use SQL
