
HR Compliance Analyst
Proactively inform the HR Business Partners and other internal HR stakeholders of changes in federal/state/local laws. Create and execute proactive audits of I-9s, requisitions, and other HR practices to reduce audit risk. Manage compliance reporting responsibilities and respond to inquiries from local, state and federal regulatory agencies. Assist with Ethics & Compliance projects or implementations. Evaluate personnel practices to ensure adherence to legal requirements. Serve as an ambassador for Bell/Textron by attending industry meetings such as those hosted by the National Industry Liaison Group (“NTILG”). Develop project-related communications and presentations. Provide guidance and assist in the identification, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures and work instructions. Assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of compliance issues.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related Audit or Compliance function
HR environment is desired
Knowledge of and experience with local, state and federal employment regulations
