Perform Internal Estimating System reviews at Textron Systems in accordance with DFARS 252.215-7002. Support various Proposal and Estimating System audits with the USG, DCAA / DCMA. Review proposals and BOEs prior to submittal for compliance with DFARS, and Textron Systems’ internal processes and estimating handbook. Assist in developing and coordinating annual Estimating System trainings. Review USG audit reports and assist in developing robust responses. Foster positive relationships and establish frequent, consistent, reliable communication with DCMA and DCAA. Establish and maintain working relationships and open communications with all relevant internal and external personnel.
