
Financial Analyst
Work directly with Program Management to identify project risks and opportunities, establish budgets and manage schedule, conduct variance analysis, create and review weekly actuals reports, and assist in day-to-day operations. Collaborate with Integrated Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, and Ops Finance to develop and revise material and labor forecasts. Communicate financial goals to management and key stakeholders Participate in the scheduling, coordinating, preparation and presentation of financial improvement projects. Organize overall cash flow exercises and related planning activities through all levels of the organization. Assist in the development and/or provides all financial data and statistics required for presentation to customers, including historical rate data based on experience and long range planning, financial statements, written explanations of rate determinations, cost curves and other related data.
Thorough knowledge of Finance and Accounting theory and practice and business management.
2+ years of directly related government accounting and/or related accounting work.
Demonstrated ability to work well with others in responsible positions at various organizational and functional levels
Working knowledge of SOX testing and Internal Controls
