- Conduct flight operations in accordance with company and industry safety standards.
- Operate and maintain advanced aircraft systems and equipment.
- Participate in training and exercises to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure aircraft readiness.
- Execute mission objectives and assignments with precision and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to ensure mission success.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and procedures.
- Continuously monitor and assess potential risks and make quick decisions to mitigate them.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to flight activities.

- Stay up-to-date on new technologies, techniques, and procedures related to flight operations.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of aircraft to ensure safety and performance.

- Comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to flight operations.
Extensive Flight Experience: A Minimum Of 1,500 Flight Hours As A Pilot, Including 1,000 Hours As A Pilot-In-Command, Is Required For The Position Of Fighter Pilot At Textron.
Military Training: Candidates Must Have Completed A Military Flight Training Program And Be A Current Or Former Military Fighter Pilot To Be Considered For The Position.
Physical Fitness: Fighter Pilots Must Pass Rigorous Physical And Medical Examinations, Including Vision And Hearing Tests, To Ensure They Are Physically Fit To Handle The Demands Of The Job.
Strong Mental Aptitude: Fighter Pilots Must Possess Strong Mental Aptitude, Including Critical Thinking Skills, Situational Awareness, And The Ability To Make Split-Second Decisions Under High-Stress Situations.
Security Clearance: Due To The Sensitive Nature Of The Job, Candidates Must Be Able To Obtain And Maintain A Top Secret Security Clearance. This Requires A Thorough Background Check And A Clean Criminal Record.
