  1. Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot any issues with aircraft systems.
  3. Utilize technical manuals and diagrams to accurately complete maintenance tasks.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance updates and issues.
  5. Maintain accurate and thorough maintenance records.
  6. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while working with aircraft.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary tools and parts.
  8. Stay up to date with industry advancements and technical changes.
  9. Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
  10. Work with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines and maintain flight schedules.
  11. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality of work.
  12. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Faa A&P Certification: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Licensed A&P Mechanic With A Valid Faa Airframe And Powerplant (A&P) Certification Is Required.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Aircraft Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Aircraft Systems, Including Hydraulic, Electrical, And Avionics Systems. They Should Also Have Experience Troubleshooting And Repairing Various Types Of Aircraft.

  • Experience With Textron Aircraft: Previous Experience Working With Textron Aircraft, Such As Cessna And Beechcraft, Is Highly Preferred. This Includes Experience With Maintenance Manuals, Service Bulletins, And Other Technical Documents Specific To Textron Aircraft.

  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude: The Role Of An A&P Mechanic Requires A Strong Mechanical Aptitude And The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics. The Candidate Should Also Be Proficient In Using Various Hand And Power Tools.

  • Flexibility With Shifts: This Position May Require The Candidate To Work Various Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Able To Work Overtime When Necessary To Meet Production And Maintenance Schedules.
