Job Description

  1. Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on various aircrafts, including inspections, repairs, and modifications.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on aircrafts.
  3. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities.
  5. Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to coordinate maintenance schedules and discuss any potential issues.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and submit requests for necessary parts and supplies.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  8. Train and mentor junior mechanics as needed.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and technological advancements in aviation maintenance.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure efficient and effective maintenance processes.
  11. Assist with aircraft inspections and certifications as required.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and customer-oriented manner at all times.
  13. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
  14. Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends to accommodate maintenance schedules.

Job Qualifications
  • Faa Airframe And Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic Certification: The Job Requires A Valid A&P Mechanic Certification From The Federal Aviation Administration (Faa), Demonstrating A Thorough Understanding Of Aircraft Maintenance Principles And Procedures.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working As An A&P Mechanic, Preferably In A Commercial Or Military Aviation Environment. This Experience Should Include Regular Maintenance, Troubleshooting, And Repair Of Various Aircraft Systems.
