- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality tooling to support production operations.
- Monitor and track the status of tooling orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to expedite tooling orders as needed.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of tooling to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the tooling delivery process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tooling inventory and orders.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including production teams, suppliers, and management.
- Proactively identify potential issues and risks in the tooling supply chain and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in tooling technology to make recommendations for tooling improvements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling and inspecting tooling.

Knowledge Of Tooling Systems: The Expeditor Tooling Specialist Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Tooling Systems Including Molds, Dies, Jigs, And Fixtures. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Repair Tooling Issues Effectively.
Experience In Manufacturing: Candidates For This Role Should Have Experience Working In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Production Processes And Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Improvement In Tooling Efficiency.
