  1. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality tooling to support production operations.
  2. Monitor and track the status of tooling orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to expedite tooling orders as needed.
  4. Conduct regular quality inspections of tooling to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the tooling delivery process.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tooling inventory and orders.
  8. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including production teams, suppliers, and management.
  9. Proactively identify potential issues and risks in the tooling supply chain and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in tooling technology to make recommendations for tooling improvements.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling and inspecting tooling.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Tooling Systems: The Expeditor Tooling Specialist Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Tooling Systems Including Molds, Dies, Jigs, And Fixtures. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Repair Tooling Issues Effectively.

  • Experience In Manufacturing: Candidates For This Role Should Have Experience Working In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Production Processes And Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Improvement In Tooling Efficiency.
