- Design and develop innovative solutions for facility maintenance and improvement projects.
- Perform regular inspections and assessments of all facilities to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans for facility upgrades and renovations.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and make recommendations for facility improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations in all facility projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of facility projects.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility management and make recommendations for implementation.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment and systems.
- Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for all facilities.
- Manage and track facility budgets and expenses.
- Train and supervise junior engineers and technicians as needed.
- Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders on project updates and progress.
- Identify and troubleshoot any facility-related issues and provide prompt resolution.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve facility operations and efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Or Industrial) Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management Or Engineering, Preferably In A Manufacturing Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Fire Protection.
Experience With Project Management, Including Budgeting, Planning, And Execution.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
