  1. Fly and demonstrate Textron's aircraft to potential customers, showcasing their capabilities and features.
  2. Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and ensure all aircraft systems are in working order.
  3. Collaborate with the Flight Operations team to plan and execute demo flights in a safe and efficient manner.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with potential customers during demo flights.
  5. Stay up-to-date on all aircraft specifications, systems, and performance capabilities to effectively communicate with potential customers.
  6. Adhere to all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company policies during demo flights.
  7. Actively participate in the Flight Operations Pilot Development Program, continuously developing skills and knowledge to advance career.
  8. Document and report any issues or concerns with aircraft performance or customer feedback to the Flight Operations team.
  9. Maintain accurate flight logs and records of all demo flights and aircraft maintenance.
  10. Represent Textron and the Flight Operations team in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 500 Hours Of Flight Experience, Including Both Fixed-Wing And Rotary-Wing Aircraft.

  • Valid Faa Commercial Pilot License With Instrument Rating.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills.

  • Ability To Pass A Comprehensive Medical Examination And Maintain A Current Faa First-Class Medical Certificate.
