- Design and develop engaging and effective training programs to support the learning and development needs of the Business Technology and Analytics department
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends and best practices in instructional design to continuously improve training programs
- Utilize various instructional design techniques and tools to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Ensure all training materials are accurate, relevant, and up-to-date
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
- Work closely with the BTA team to understand their training needs and provide solutions that align with the department's goals and objectives
- Maintain a strong understanding of Textron's business operations and stay informed of any changes or updates to integrate into training materials
- Keep track of training schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of programs
- Collaborate with the training delivery team to ensure seamless implementation of training programs
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and instructional design to incorporate new and innovative techniques into training programs
- Act as a resource for employees seeking guidance and support in their learning and development journey
- Continuously seek feedback from employees and incorporate it into future training programs to ensure their needs are met
- Uphold high standards of quality and professionalism in all training materials and interactions with employees
- Stay aligned with Textron's values and mission to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Education, Instructional Design, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Curriculum Development, Preferably In A Corporate Or Business Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Proficiency In Curriculum Development Software And Learning Management Systems.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Subject Matter Experts And Stakeholders.
