  1. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CRO and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety of products.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify and diagnose any potential issues or malfunctions.
  3. Utilize technical knowledge and experience to effectively repair and replace components of CRO and hydraulic systems as needed.
  4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to develop and implement efficient maintenance and repair processes.
  5. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working with potentially hazardous equipment.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including documentation of any issues or concerns.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CRO and hydraulic technology to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  8. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to report progress and address any concerns or challenges.
  9. Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge in CRO and hydraulic systems.
  10. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail in all maintenance and repair tasks.

  • Technical Expertise In Hydraulic Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Hydraulic Components, Systems, And Troubleshooting Techniques.

  • Experience In Cro Operations: Candidates Should Have Experience Operating And Maintaining Cro (Controlled Remote Operations) Systems, As Well As Knowledge Of Industry-Specific Safety Protocols And Regulations.

  • Mechanical Aptitude: A Successful Cro & Hydraulic Technician Should Have A Natural Inclination Towards Mechanical Systems And Be Able To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: The Job Requires The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues In A Timely And Efficient Manner. Candidates Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Think Critically Under Pressure.
