- Conduct thorough and comprehensive ground and flight training for new and experienced pilots in accordance with FAA regulations and Bell Training Academy standards.
- Demonstrate exceptional flying skills and knowledge of Bell helicopters to inspire and motivate trainees to excel in their training.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to trainees to help them improve their skills and achieve their full potential as pilots.
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources to ensure they are up-to-date, relevant, and effective.
- Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve and enhance the training program to meet industry standards and best practices.
- Serve as a role model and mentor for trainees, demonstrating professionalism, safety, and a strong work ethic.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming learning environment for trainees, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Conduct periodic evaluations and assessments to track trainees' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aviation technology to incorporate into training programs.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe training environment for all trainees.
- Represent the Bell Training Academy and Textron in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within Textron to ensure a seamless and efficient training process for pilots.
A Minimum Of 1,500 Flight Hours With A Commercial Pilot Certificate And Instrument Rating.
Faa First-Class Medical Certificate.
Bachelor's Degree In Aviation-Related Field Or Equivalent Work Experience.
Experience Flying Helicopters In A Commercial Or Military Setting.
Ability To Pass A Comprehensive Background Check And Drug Screening.
