  1. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics systems on Textron aircraft to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  2. Conduct inspections and testing of avionics systems to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.
  3. Install, upgrade, and modify avionics systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  4. Collaborate with other team members, including mechanics and engineers, to troubleshoot and resolve complex avionics issues.
  5. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on aircraft avionics systems.
  6. Stay up-to-date on advancements and changes in avionics technology and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
  7. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance and repairs on aircraft.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to report progress, issues, and any other relevant information.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficiency and safety.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Technical Manuals And Diagrams.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Avionics Maintenance And Repair.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Diagnose Electrical And Electronic Issues Using Specialized Equipment.

  • Knowledge Of Faa Regulations And Safety Protocols For Avionics Maintenance And Repairs.
