- Install, troubleshoot, and repair avionics systems on a variety of aircraft models.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections to ensure proper functioning of avionics equipment.
- Diagnose and repair any technical issues or malfunctions with avionics systems.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop and implement new avionics systems and upgrades.
- Keep up to date with industry advancements and best practices in avionics technology.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including documentation of repairs and installations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on aircraft.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any avionics-related concerns or questions.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and operations, to ensure timely completion of avionics tasks.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge in avionics technology.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Avionics Maintenance And Troubleshooting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Avionics Systems And Equipment, Including But Not Limited To Navigation Systems, Communication Systems, And Flight Control Systems.
Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Technical Manuals, Schematics, And Diagrams.
Familiarity With Federal Aviation Administration (Faa) Regulations And Standards Related To Avionics Maintenance And Repair.
Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
