  1. Design and develop avionics and electrical systems for Textron Aviation's aircraft.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify innovative solutions for avionics and electrical systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of avionics and electrical systems with other aircraft components.
  4. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  5. Conduct testing and validation of avionics and electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to avionics and electrical systems.
  7. Prepare and present technical reports and documentation related to avionics and electrical systems.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in avionics and electrical systems technology.
  9. Adhere to project timelines and budgets for avionics and electrical systems development.
  10. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards for all avionics and electrical systems.
  11. Mentor and train junior engineers on avionics and electrical systems design and development.
  12. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings in avionics and electrical systems.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate avionics and electrical systems components.
  14. Participate in meetings and discussions with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized records of all avionics and electrical systems designs and developments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Avionics And Electrical Systems Design And Development.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Aviation Industry Regulations, Standards, And Best Practices.

  • Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software, Such As Autocad And Solidworks.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
