- Perform assembly and testing of aerospace products according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure all components and materials are properly calibrated and functioning correctly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during assembly or testing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all assembly and testing processes.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and quality.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies to continuously improve assembly and testing processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth and timely production.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed to ensure a knowledgeable and skilled team.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of equipment and machinery used in assembly and testing, reporting any issues or necessary repairs.
- Take ownership of quality control, identifying any defects or issues and working to resolve them promptly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new assembly and testing procedures as needed.

Experience In Assembly And Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Assembly And Testing Processes, With A Focus On Mechanical And Electrical Components. This Includes Experience With Hand Tools, Power Tools, And Test Equipment.
Knowledge Of Aerospace Industry Standards: Textron Is A Leading Manufacturer In The Aerospace Industry, So The Assembly Test Technician Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations. This Includes Knowledge Of Faa Regulations, Iso Requirements, And As9100 Certification.
Attention To Detail: As An Assembly Test Technician, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Ensuring The Quality And Accuracy Of The Products Being Assembled And Tested. This Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail And The Ability To Detect And Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise During The Process.
