- Perform aircraft assembly and maintenance tasks in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications to ensure accurate and safe completion of tasks.
- Operate various hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and ensure quality standards are met.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Continuously monitor and report any issues or concerns with aircraft structures and suggest improvements for increased efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of aircraft systems and components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the assembly or maintenance process.
- Follow all Textron policies and procedures related to quality, safety, and compliance.
- Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed.
- Actively participate in team meetings and provide input for process improvements.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Completion Of An Accredited Aircraft Maintenance Program Or Relevant Experience
