  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Textron Aviation's products and services.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other sales techniques.
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  5. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  7. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Textron Aviation's services.
  8. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings.

  10. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Aviation Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Aviation Industry, Including Aircraft Maintenance And Service Needs. They Should Also Be Familiar With Textron's Products And Services.

  • Sales Experience: The Aircraft Service Sales Representative Should Have A Proven Track Record In Sales, Preferably In The Aviation Industry. They Should Have Experience In Identifying And Pursuing New Business Opportunities, As Well As Maintaining And Growing Existing Client Relationships.
