- Prepare and paint aircrafts according to company standards and specifications.
- Inspect aircraft surfaces and identify any imperfections or areas in need of repair.
- Sand, prime, and apply paint using various techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and finishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage and disposal of paints and materials.
- Follow safety protocols and comply with all company and industry regulations.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Continuously monitor and report any issues or concerns related to the painting process.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to improve skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training and mentoring new or junior Aircraft Painters.
- Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of work, striving to achieve perfection in every project.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
Completion Of A Vocational Or Technical Training Program In Painting, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Different Types Of Paints, Coatings And Application Methods.
Basic Understanding Of Aircraft Structures And Materials.
Ability To Follow Safety Procedures And Wear Personal Protective Equipment (Ppe) As Required.
