Experience In Aircraft Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working As An Aircraft Mechanic, Preferably In A Commercial Setting. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Various Aircraft Systems, Troubleshooting Techniques, And Maintenance Procedures.
Technical Education: A Formal Education In Aviation Maintenance Is Highly Preferred For This Role. This Can Include A Degree In Aviation Maintenance Technology Or A Certification From An Accredited Aviation Maintenance School.
Faa Certification: The Candidate Should Possess A Valid Faa Airframe And Powerplant (A&P) Certificate, Which Is A Requirement To Perform Maintenance On Aircraft In The United States. This Certification Should Be Current And In Good Standing.
