  1. Conduct thorough inspections of all aircraft to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  2. Identify and document any discrepancies or issues found during inspections.
  3. Monitor and maintain aircraft maintenance records and ensure all required documentation is accurate and up to date.
  4. Collaborate with maintenance and repair teams to develop and implement effective maintenance plans.
  5. Perform functional tests and troubleshoot any reported issues to determine root cause and recommend corrective actions.
  6. Monitor and track aircraft maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of required tasks.
  7. Provide guidance and support to maintenance and repair teams as needed.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to aircraft maintenance and safety.
  9. Conduct safety briefings and trainings for maintenance and repair teams as needed.
  10. Communicate with customers and provide updates on aircraft maintenance and inspection status.
  11. Document and report any incidents or accidents, and assist with investigations as required.
  12. Conduct final inspections before aircraft delivery to ensure all work has been completed to the highest standard.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall quality and safety of our aircraft.
  14. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and ensure all work is completed to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Job Qualifications
  • Education And Training: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For This Position. Completion Of An Accredited Aircraft Maintenance Program Is Also Necessary.

  • Faa Certification: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Faa Airframe And Powerplant (A&P) Certificate. Additional Certifications, Such As Inspection Authorization (Ia), Are Preferred.

  • Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Aircraft Maintenance, With A Focus On Inspection And Quality Control, Is Required. Experience Working With Textron Aircraft Models Is Preferred.

  • Attention To Detail: An Aircraft Maintenance Inspector Must Have Strong Attention To Detail And Be Able To Identify And Address Potential Safety Hazards And Maintenance Issues. This Requires A Thorough Understanding Of Faa Regulations And Industry Standards.

  • Communication And Teamwork: The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Well With A Team. This Position Requires Working Closely With Other Maintenance Personnel, As Well As Interacting With Customers And Faa Representatives.
