  1. Provide outstanding customer service to all maintenance-related inquiries from clients regarding our aircraft products.
  2. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our aircraft products and their maintenance procedures.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
  4. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to aircraft maintenance.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and inquiries.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to aircraft maintenance.
  9. Coordinate and schedule maintenance services for customers.
  10. Assist in developing and implementing customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  11. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Aircraft Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Aircraft Maintenance Procedures And Protocols. This Includes Experience With Troubleshooting, Repairs, And Maintenance Schedules.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Customer Representative, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Clients, Aircraft Technicians, And Other Team Members. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Customer Service Experience: The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Aviation Industry. They Should Be Able To Handle Customer Inquiries, Provide Support, And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Technical Background: A Background In Engineering Or Aviation Technology Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Will Enable The Candidate To Understand Complex Technical Issues And Communicate Them Effectively To Customers.
