Strong Knowledge Of Aircraft Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Aircraft Maintenance Procedures And Protocols. This Includes Experience With Troubleshooting, Repairs, And Maintenance Schedules.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Customer Representative, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Clients, Aircraft Technicians, And Other Team Members. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
