- Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and operation of our aircraft fleet.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all aircraft operations and maintenance activities.
- Schedule and track maintenance and repair tasks for aircraft.
- Communicate with pilots, maintenance technicians, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Monitor aircraft inventory and order necessary parts and supplies.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and prepare aircraft for flight.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational or maintenance issues that arise.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in aircraft technology.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and efficient aircraft operations.
- Train and mentor new aircraft coordinators and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.

Strong Communication And Organizational Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Aircraft Maintenance, Scheduling, And Coordination
Knowledge Of Faa Regulations And Aircraft Maintenance Procedures
