1. Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and operation of our aircraft fleet.
2. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all aircraft operations and maintenance activities.
4. Schedule and track maintenance and repair tasks for aircraft.
5. Communicate with pilots, maintenance technicians, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
6. Monitor aircraft inventory and order necessary parts and supplies.
7. Conduct pre-flight inspections and prepare aircraft for flight.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve any operational or maintenance issues that arise.
9. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in aircraft technology.
10. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and efficient aircraft operations.
11. Train and mentor new aircraft coordinators and team members.
12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
