  4. Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
  5. Monitor and analyze market data and competitor activities to inform business decisions.

  7. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the aftermarket business.

  9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to maximize revenue and profitability.
