- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance and repair tasks on Textron aircraft according to company and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure the safety and airworthiness of all aircraft.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and address any issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout all interactions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with other A&P Mechanics and technicians to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Faa Certification: A Qualified A&P Mechanic Go Team Member Should Hold A Valid Airframe And Powerplant (A&P) Certification From The Federal Aviation Administration (Faa). This Certification Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The Necessary Education And Experience Requirements To Perform Maintenance And Repairs On Aircraft.
Experience In Aircraft Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Aircraft Maintenance. This Experience Should Include Working On A Variety Of Aircraft Types And Performing A Wide Range Of Maintenance Tasks, Including Inspections, Troubleshooting, And Repairs.
Ability To Work Various Shifts: As An A&P Mechanic Go Team Member, The Candidate Should Be Willing And Able To Work Various Shifts, Including Nights, Weekends, And Holidays. This Is Necessary To Ensure That The Team Can Respond To Aircraft Maintenance Needs At Any Time.
Strong Mechanical And Technical Skills: A Successful A&P Mechanic Go Team Member Should Have Strong Mechanical And Technical Skills, Including The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Diagrams, Use Specialized Tools And Equipment, And Troubleshoot Complex Issues. This Is Essential For Performing Maintenance And Repairs Accurately And Efficiently.
Team Player And Strong Communication Skills: Working As Part Of A Team Is Crucial For The A&P Mechanic Go Team, And The Candidate Should Possess Strong Teamwork Skills.
