A&P Mechanic (Experienced)

1. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections on various aircraft models in accordance with FAA regulations and Textron standards.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose aircraft mechanical and electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.
3. Complete all necessary documentation and record keeping accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of hazardous materials.
5. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
6. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in aircraft technology.
7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
8. Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to share knowledge and best practices.
9. Utilize various tools and equipment to perform maintenance tasks, and properly maintain and store equipment when not in use.
10. Continuously monitor and maintain aircraft systems, identifying potential issues and taking corrective action.
11. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
12. Assist in maintaining inventory of parts and supplies, and order necessary materials as needed.
13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients and colleagues.
