- Assemble 525 aircrafts according to Textron's standard procedures and specifications.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and quality standards are met during the assembly process.
- Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to correctly assemble various components of the aircraft.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to identify any defects or issues with the aircraft and make necessary adjustments or repairs.

Experience In Manufacturing Leadership: The Ideal Candidate For A 525 Leader Assembly Role At Textron Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Leadership Position. This Experience Should Include Managing A Team And Overseeing Production Processes.
Knowledge Of Assembly Procedures: A Thorough Understanding Of Assembly Procedures Is Essential For This Role As The 525 Leader Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Assembly Of Complex Products. Previous Experience In Assembly Or A Related Field Is Preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For A 525 Leader Assembly As They Will Be Required To Communicate With Team Members, Upper Management, And Other Departments. The Ability To Clearly Convey Ideas And Instructions Is A Must.
