  1. Lead and oversee mechanical assembly operations to ensure timely and efficient production of high-quality products.
  2. Mentor and train team members on proper assembly techniques and procedures.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of assembly components.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to identify and resolve any assembly issues.
  5. Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  7. Utilize technical expertise and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly challenges.
  8. Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Mechanical Assembly, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Engineering Drawings And Blueprints.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Mechanical Assembly Techniques And Processes, Including Torqueing, Fastening, And Sealing.

  • Ability To Use Hand And Power Tools, As Well As Measurement Equipment, With Precision.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience In Training And Supervising A Team Of Assemblers.
