Familiarity With Industry-Standard Materials Testing And Analysis Techniques: Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Commonly Used Materials Testing Equipment And Tools, Such As Tensile Testers, Spectrometers, And Microscopes.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software: Textron Uses Cad Software Extensively In Its Design And Production Processes, So Proficiency In This Area Is Highly Desirable.
