1. Support the development and implementation of innovative and inclusive HR strategies to attract and retain top talent.
2. Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
3. Collaborate with HR team members to provide support and guidance to employees on various HR-related matters.
4. Help maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
5. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and participate in diversity and inclusion efforts.
6. Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, such as employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
7. Assist in the coordination and facilitation of training and development programs for employees.
