- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design and development of complex SoC designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and drive the execution of design tasks.
- Utilize your expertise and knowledge in SoC design to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in SoC design to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.
- Define and enforce design methodologies, best practices, and coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and report to upper management on project status.
- Proactively identify and resolve any technical issues or roadblocks that may arise during the design process.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process efficiencies and optimizations.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Represent the company as a subject matter expert in SoC design, both internally and externally.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and intellectual property protection.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Computer Science With A Focus On Vlsi Design.
At Least 8 Years Of Experience In Frontend Rtl Design For Complex Soc Projects.
Proficient In Verilog And Systemverilog, With Experience In Industry-Standard Design And Verification Methodologies.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills, Including Experience Leading A Team Of Rtl Designers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.
In-Depth Understanding Of Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies In Frontend Rtl Design, With A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering High-Quality Designs On Schedule.
