8. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, and make recommendations for improvements or modifications as needed.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into product development plans.
10. Act as a liaison between the product development team and other departments, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
11. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure all products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
13. Participate in cross-functional meetings and presentations to share progress updates, discuss challenges, and develop solutions.
