
Product Engineer - New Product Development

- Develop and execute product development plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful launch of new products.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, and use this information to drive product development strategy.
- Utilize technical expertise to design and develop innovative products that meet customer requirements and surpass industry standards.
- Ensure product feasibility by conducting thorough testing and validation of prototypes, and addressing any design flaws or issues.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate materials and components for product development.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transition from product development to production.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all product development processes, including specifications, test results, and design modifications.
- Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, and make recommendations for improvements or modifications as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into product development plans.
- Act as a liaison between the product development team and other departments, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
- Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure all products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and presentations to share progress updates, discuss challenges, and develop solutions.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and promoting open communication.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, both internally and externally, and uphold our commitment to excellence in all aspects of product development.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Product Development Or Engineering Role
Strong Knowledge Of Semiconductor Industry And Manufacturing Processes
Proficiency In Design And Simulation Software, Such As Cadence Or Synopsys
Excellent Problem-Solving And Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Delivering Successful New Products To Market.
