  1. Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
  2. Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  3. Implement improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment or facility issues.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  6. Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  8. Work closely with production teams to minimize disruptions and maximize productivity.
  9. Train and mentor new maintenance technicians.
  10. Keep up-to-date with developments in maintenance techniques and technologies.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance activities and issues.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  13. Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment.
  14. Assist with equipment installations and upgrades.
  15. Troubleshoot and resolve any facility-related issues.
